What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, gym name, and the phone number or email you choose to share. City, member count, product interest and a message are optional. We record your consent and the date of your request.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your gym’s needs and arrange a demonstration. We do not sell enquiry details or send marketing messages automatically.

Storage and access

The website runs on Vercel. Enquiries are saved in a separate private table in Supabase, apart from gym and member records. Only the authorised website admin can view and manage them through this website. Our hosting providers process the information to operate these services.

Demo information

The interactive demo uses sample records. Trying it does not create real memberships, payments, check-ins or workout logs. You do not need to share your gym’s member data to try the demo.

Your choices

Only share information needed for your enquiry. To ask for a correction or deletion, use the enquiry form, open the optional details and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Admin sign-in

The private admin area uses a password and a signed session cookie. Sessions expire after 12 hours. The cookie is used for admin access, not advertising.
